1. Order Cancellations

Tangible orders may be cancelled from the time ordered until the order has been shipped. Downloadable orders may be cancelled anytime as long as the content has not been downloaded.

2. How long are the movie download links valid for?

The links for your purchased downloadable items are shown in your order page and are valid for 48 hours.​

3. I have lost my movie download links. How can I obtain them?

The links for your downloadable items are located in your order page. You can go to the Recent Orders page, click on an order and you will see the order page with the movie download links listed there.

4. Downloadable shop movies

Downloadable movies in the catalogue are free for members. If you are not already a member, click HERE to sign up and get instant access to all the downloadable movies (and lots of other goodies) for as little as $0,41* per day. (*Applies to annual memberships.)

5. What if I want an item sent to an address different from my home address?

If you want the shipment to be sent to a different address from your credit card billing address, please specify this in the "shipping address" fields in the checkout process.

6. Privacy policy is committed to protecting your privacy. All shipments will be sent in neutral envelopes or boxes without any mention of or nudity.

7. What discounts can I claim?

8. How can I view or print my invoice?

Either follow the "print invoice" link in your order payment confirmation email or go to the Recent Orders page, log in with your details if asked to, then click on the order for which you wish to view or print the invoice and from the order's page follow the "print invoice" link, located right next to the invoice number.

9. What is's return policy?

In the unlikely event that an item is faulty we will gladly exchange it. DVDs can only be exchanged if they are still in their original sealed packaging. We regret that we cannot refund or exchange unique personal orders.

10. What is the expected delivery time?

This is normally 1-4 weeks depending on the ordered item(s), but also depending on which shipping method (airmail or Fedex) was chosen in the checkout process. All orders are trackable as soon as they have been posted. All shipments require signature on delivery.

11. Which payment methods can I use?

We accept most credit and debit cards such as Visa, Mastercard and Maestro. For large orders we also accept bank wire transfers. Contact us if you would like to pay via bank wire and we will send you the details.​
